HAPPY HOLIDAYS

ORION sends you Holiday Greetings

Holiday and New Year's wishes for you:

1. May you only receive fruitcake if you genuinely enjoy eating it.
2. May you finish all your yearly seasonal cards before spring.
3. May you be at one with the Zen of the post office line and embrace the waiting as it is good for your soul.
4. May snow fall on you if you wish it to and not if you don't.
5. If snow DOES fall on you may you have the childlike desire to make a snow angel.

And may you get just exactly the presents you desire:

Like Tooloose

One can not have too many Alien Conjoined Space Monkeys can one?

He-he, we had our snow a few days early, so now we have festive snow on the ground without the hassle of having it on the road during travel time.

Merry Christmas to you! ^_^

And a very Merry Christmas to you, too! When you get a chance, send me your snail mail addy. I have something to send out to you. And no, it's not a fruitcake. Sorry. ;)

1. For the first time ever, I made carrot cake this year, iced by Betty Crocker and decorated with a ceramic robin and handcrafted iced poinsettias.

2. yep, I have 98 cards still waiting to be written.

3. Thankfully the post office master had pity on me with three under three and opened a parcel lane for me...

4. We had lots in one day - enough to ...

5. build an aged-three size snowman who lasted 4 days. He had to have repeated nose jobs done on his carrot in that time though, as his face kept slipping as it thawed.

I love the space monkey slippers, but I got what I wished for, a painted wall clock with a hand and foot print from my three girls.

For you, I wish the coming year will see a successful second book, many happy sunny evenings supping on the deck and may the wind always be at your back. Thanks for 2009 and all the best for the coming year.
